Industrial Strength Equipment products are custom crafted to order. You can expect some variation between the same product. We accomodate most requests for changes and additions to our products. These changes may lead to increases in orriginal price.
Items may be returned only in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charge to return as well as a 25% of total price restocking fee.
Shipping charges are quoted and billed at the time your order is completed as freight charges vary.
The buyer is responsible for paying the full cost of shipping. All liability belongs to the buyer once the shipment is loaded with the carrier.
Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the freight company and a claim must be filled with the freight company. There are no refunds for damaged goods.
